1. About these terms

These terms govern use of Easy Flow Church ("Easy Flow"), church-management software operated by [LEGAL ENTITY NAME]. Churches and ministries ("Churches") subscribe to Easy Flow, and their staff, members, and visitors use it through each Church's pages. By using Easy Flow you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy.

Easy Flow is the platform provider. Each Church is responsible for its own content, the information it collects, the messages it sends through Easy Flow, and having the consent the law requires to contact people.

2. Accounts

Keep your sign-in details secure and tell the Church or us about any unauthorized use.
Church administrators control who has access to their Church's data and at what level.
Provide accurate information, and don't access another Church's data or try to get around security.

3. Church subscriptions

Churches pay a recurring subscription as described at sign-up or in their billing settings. Subscriptions renew until canceled. Fees, any messaging usage charges, and refund terms will be described in the Church's plan. [PRICING AND REFUND TERMS TO BE CONFIRMED.]

4. Acceptable use

You may not use Easy Flow to:

send spam, or text or email people without the consent required by law;
send unlawful, harassing, hateful, deceptive, or sexually explicit content;
upload malware, probe or overload the service, or scrape it;
violate others' privacy or intellectual-property rights.

We may suspend messaging or accounts that break these rules or put the service or carriers' networks at risk.

5. Text messaging (SMS) terms

Program: Churches use Easy Flow to send text messages, such as guest follow-ups, event and service reminders, prayer follow-ups, and updates, to people who opt in, for example by checking the text message box on a Church's connect card or form, or by texting a keyword to the Church's number.

Message frequency varies by Church and by what you signed up for. A typical guest follow-up is a few messages a week for up to about six weeks.
Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile plan.
Opt out: reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts from that Church. You will get one confirmation message. Reply START to opt back in.
Help: reply HELP for help, or contact the Church directly, or email [CONTACT EMAIL].
Consent to receive texts is not a condition of submitting a form, attending, or any purchase.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
We do not sell or share mobile numbers or text-messaging opt-in data with third parties for their marketing purposes. See the Privacy Policy.

6. Church data

Churches own the data they put into Easy Flow. We use it only to provide the service as described in the Privacy Policy. Churches can export their data while their subscription is active. [DATA EXPORT AND DELETION-ON-CANCELLATION TERMS TO BE CONFIRMED.]

7. Disclaimers and limits of liability

Easy Flow is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. 8. Changes, termination, and governing law
